Shoot Back Targets

Overview

Saab's Infantry Shoot Back System is a laser based automated friend or foe target system for use in MOUT and open terrain training areas. Soldiers armed with a laser equipped weapon have a predefined time to engage the threat. If the time is exceeded, the shoot-back system is activated to transmit laser fire at the soldier. This system works as a stand alone system or can be a player in instrumented training.
