Saab Training USA Releases their Online Spare Parts Portal

Orlando, FL – October 28th, 2011 – Saab Training USA would like to announce the much anticipated release of our “On-Line Spares Catalog”! Online parts ordering is now available to anyone with a Customer Support Portal account.  The spare parts catalog can be accessed via the “Spare Parts” link in the Customer Support Portal, providing they already have an approved account. (For those who have not yet established an on-line account, procedures for doing so are listed below) Some key features of the of the on-line spares catalog are:

·        Standardized pricing, updated semiannually, includes shipping

·        A shopping cart feature allowing customers to track and save their intended purchases and use for budgeting or forecasting future purchases

·        Enables a faster response times for acquiring spare parts

·        Accurate and current part number listing by product type

·        Ability to purchase spare parts with a credit card or create a purchase order

·        Request price quotes from our product line

·        View, print and email prior purchases, purchase orders and quote requests

These are only a few of the features that accompany the release of the spare parts catalog; we anticipate this new service will reduce our Customers’ purchase time for spares and parts and will allow a more convenient, direct means of requesting and acquiring needed items.
